House with 3 bedrooms, one suite, with air conditioning and also a ceiling fan and a double Queen bed, in the other bedroom a double, with ceiling fan and in the other bedroom only a double mattress, only with a portable fan, a large living room with 3-seater sofa, television with internet and Smart TV with cable (Net) basic package, kitchenette with 5-burner stove and basic utensils for cooking up to 6 people, duplex refrigerator, table with 4 chairs, equipped laundry with tank and washing machine.
A small lawn on the side, a deck in front of the residence with an excellent bench and a barbecue, next to a shower.
Manufactured wooden house, super cozy, recently renovated, covered garage for one vehicle, automated gate, the house is on a plot with two houses, but they are completely fenced and independent, only sharing the access gate.
House with supermarkets, gas station, bakery, Parks Foods nearby, health post.
Quiet and dead-end street, 500 meters close to the beach, with access by a wonderful and super quiet dune to the beach.
Super family beach, with excellent waves for surfing.
