About this property
Beautiful House near UC, Hospitals, Zoo and Downtown
Nice little 3 bed, 2.5 Bath. Near OTR, UC, the Zoo and Hospitals. New build, only foundation and frame are original. Brand new hardwood floors, cabinets, literally everything! Lots of off street parking.
We just finished rebuilding this property. We are professional rehabbers and own a construction company. We take pride in the quality of our work and the high end touches we put in our properties. This one in particular has solid hardwood floors, fire rated drywall throughout to reduce noise, digital locks and a Nest thermostat.
We rarely meet our guests because we usually enjoy private family time when we travel and just assume that is what our guests are looking for as well. With that said, we have made some long term friends with people that have stayed with us.

There is a 50 amp outlet available for LVL2 EV charging. Arrangements must be made at least 3 days in advance and there is an additional fee of $20/day
