Very convenient location, and beautiful views. Super cozy. Only one recommendation to the management company for future guests; and that would be to just explain where the club houses are in the renters manual. Other than that it was a perfect stay and plan to stay there again.

Hi Daniel, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and its beautiful views! We appreciate your suggestion and have added a map of the complex to the instructions that guests receive before their stay, and the owner has added it to the house manual in the condo as well. Thanks, and we hope to travel with you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team

Buffalo Ridge is a perfect location
Wished I could have rated higher but coffee maker was moldy, dirty dishes in the cabinets, no trash bags and the master bath was not clean

Hi Jackie, thanks for your review. The homeowner has asked us to share the following: I'm so sorry that my place was not cleaned to your satisfaction. I have since changed cleaning services as well as replaced the older coffee maker. I also noticed that the old plates were too tall for the dishwasher to clean efficiently, so I replaced all of the plates and bowls, so this shouldn't happen again. I will make sure that my new cleaning staff leaves my condo in a rental ready state before the next guest arrival and will continue to monitor all of my guests' feedback for improvements.
My family and I stayed at the excellently located, spick and span, family apartment this last weekend. All bedding, bathroom and kitchenware were clean. Parking was convenient and Laundry user friendly.
Highly recommend for a family.
We will be back again.
We had a hot stay the first night; then found screened windows could be opened at night. Were more comfortable thereafter. Was considering complaining about the long drive up hill; but we saw deer, a fox, and some moose near the parking lot.
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway during the Putterhead Volleyball Tournament. It was clean, quiet and easy to access everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
We needed a comfortable, clean place to stay for a couple nights as we passed through the area. Thought my kids would use the pool but we were too busy exploring and hiking. This place had the essentials we needed and would book again
My family enjoyed our stay in this condo. Brand new couches w/hideaway bed was a nice surprise. The kitchen had all the necessary immenities and it was very clean. Only negatives is the master bedroom has a very tiny shower and the sink is in the bedroom and very small. Also, the pipes throughout the facility are noisy and can be heard inside the unit. Overall, the price was good and my family enjoyed our week stay.
The place was fabulous! Well provisioned and homey.
First rate at a great price for early ski season.

Time travel to the 70s
Drive up the hill is nice but it’s quite a ways up. Once there you open the door and it’s like being transported back to the 70s or 80s. First you’re greeted by the smell of stale cigarettes. Says no smoking but had that scent of 20 years of cigarette smoking permeated into everything. My son said exactly the same thing. Next you notice what looks like the original carpet (from 1980) complete with wear spots and wrinkles where it’s all stretched out. The kitchen appliances are newer but the rest looks like the original when it was built in the 80s. Furniture the same, old and drab. Beds were average. Not terrible - not great. Looks like a good deal until the fees are racked on. Would have been better off staying in a nice hotel for the price and condition. Was fairly clean but had stuff splattered on the TV and sticky stuff on 80s dresser in guest room. Won’t be going back.

Hi Mike, The homeowner was sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations, and they wanted to address the concerns that you mention:
- The listing photos accurately show the carpet and the '80s decor
- The owner is planning on updating the flooring and the furniture in the spring
- This is a non-smoking unit, and the owner has asked their cleaning team to notify them of any evidence or smell of smoking in the condo
- They've also asked them to pay special attention to the TV and furniture surfaces moving forward
- We'd also like to note that all rates and fees, including taxes, the cleaning fee, and the Vrbo service fee, are broken down before travelers confirm their booking so that there aren't any surprise charges
We appreciate your feedback, and in the future we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns that you may have during your stay - the local contact and our team are here 24/7 to support our guests!

Beautiful location. The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Ample amount of towels etc. The furniture was a bit dated and couches uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay for our family of four.
The place was great! We did have a problem with the painting crew. They were very annoying every da
All pools and hot tubs closed was a bummer...should have communicated that to us. The painting crew was annoying. At our place every morning at 7am. They were on our deck daily. We had our windows taped shut with plastic wrap for half our visit. No peace and quiet and not able to have the mountain air was terrible. Owners should have let us know that this was happening and we would have booked elsewhere.
The property has a wilderness area literally right out the back window. We hiked a lot in the most beautiful forest on earth! The unit is spacious and open, very clean and had all the things we needed to cook and relax. Great Internet connectivity. Close enough to town. But best is that it is right next to the wild. Super nice experience!
