In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 5, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This lovely Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a third-floor Windswept Villa that received a full renovation and all new furniture in 2020.

The villa offers two bedrooms, 180-degree ocean views, and easy beach access. Perfectly located for beach lovers and golf enthusiasts alike, this beautiful condo is just minutes from world-class golf courses, island amenities, and the popular Sanctuary Resort. Relax on your private balcony while enjoying ocean views, or take advantage of nearby biking, dining, and nature trails.

The main living space features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens to the covered deck with ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing your vacation meals. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. The living area features a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, and a large mounted TV.

Step into the oceanfront primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a full bed, twin bed, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The view was amazing! One of the cleanest places Ive ever stayed. Enough paper products that we didn’t immediately have to run to the grocery. Well stocked kitchen.

The exterior of the building is not that attractive, but once you get in the condo, it is so nicely decorated, and clean - and the location is so excellent and the view so superior - that you quickly forget that the building looks like a 1950's institution

This 2 bedroom condo delivered all that it promised. Beautiful ocean views, well appointed, lovely decor in recently updated (2020) unit. Easy access by stair or elevator, very quiet area, right on bike path. Plenty of well lit parking snd storage for bikes and beach equipment.

Fantastic experience! Clear instructions received in a timely fashion about check in. Very smooth process even with a late evening arrival. Cute, comfy condo. Perfect location. Beautiful view of the ocean! Loved watching the sunrise from our balcony! Easy beach access. Very much enjoyed the proximity to biking trails, Night Heron Park, and the neighborhood market. Highly recommend!

NewYears Eve vacation

Beautiful oceanfront condo, recently updated and looks great. Would benefit from new master mattress new master comforter as it doesn’t look or sleep in keeping with the quality of the rest of the condo. Also would be nice for future guests to have coffee filters and some basic supplies like saran wrap Reynolds wrap but otherwise was outstanding.

Our first time to Kiawah Island and it will NOT be our last!! This condo was placed exactly where we needed - between the excellent golf course/resorts and the wonderful shops in FreshField Shopping Center. We will be back and love the decor - exactly what I expected for such a exclusive Island/destination.

A great condo which needs cleaning

The property is very updated with modern amenities. The view is amazing. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed: * The condo needs a thorough cleaning. The floors throughout the condo were dirty. * The comforters and blankets on the beds smelled of body odor. They need to be replaced or laundered.
