This gorgeous second-level top-floor condo is located in a large complex with an elevator fronting Seaside’s Necanicum River, bringing you serene, riverfront views from the great room and queen primary suite. It’s just four blocks from a beach access, so it’s equally easy to enjoy beach-combing Seaside’s miles of shoreline and combing the fun shops of downtown. Relax in the well-appointed living room, with its rich leather sofas, gas fireplace with a slate surround, and a large flat-screen TV as you watch herons and other shorebirds work the river’s edge. You can dine in Seaside’s many restaurants or eat in the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen with its granite counters and beautiful cabinetry; a gas grill on the riverfront deck further expands your dining options.

Seaside packs loads of activities on your plate, including golf, fishing, surfing, entertainment, and shopping, and Heron’s View at Bridgeport is an excellent spot for enjoying it all!

The unit was spacious and location was close to Warrenton and Astoria. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The TV in the living room was stuck on new/store mode. After 2 nights our son figured out how to set it up. The condo needs a deep cleaning.

Perfect Location

The condo was far enough away but close enough to downtown. The secured complex and designated parking spots was the perfect location. The view of the river was great and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again when opportunity arises again.

Seaside Vacation

We had a pleasant stay in the property. It was close to the Prom, which was nice. The kitchen, and master bathroom floors could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall a great time had by all.

Great Stay in Seaside

We used this property to base out of for Seaside and Cannon Beach (20 min drive). It was exactly what we were looking for in a few bedrooms and a kitchen. The balcony in the morning was great with a cup of coffee. When there was an issue with the dishwasher, management was easy to contact and responsive. While you can walk to shops in Seaside, it's a decent hike, so I'd recommend a car.

We had a one night vacation stay to celebrate an Anniversary. The condo was clean and nicely set up. Unfortunately the fireplace that we had looked forward to using didn’t work. The pilot light wasn’t even on to use. It was one of the features we looked forward to using on our short stay. It may be time for the condo to invest in new beds. Bit uncomfortable and both beds are squeaky even when sitting. The master room could benefit from having night stands and lamps on each side. For the cost we paid for one night…..everything should be working and in place for a stay.

Very updated, modern. Nice view of the river. Disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work . It was cool and rainy the entire stay and the fireplace would have been a nice added feature since it was the center piece of the living room.

A very nice stay, athough the fireplace did not work. It would have been really nice to have it working. The 2nd bedroom does need curtains. It was so light in the room because of outside lights that it was hard to sleep soundly. But overall it was a really nice stay...

Few broken parts

Nice, safe condo. Washer was broken when we got here, sink leaked, whole house smelled like gas when we entered( I called it in), recliner is broke. Master bed could use some cushioning, not comfortable at all.

Good Choice

We rented this condo for a quick vacation before my daughter heads to college. The condo is not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Seaside, which we liked. It is on the river and is a quick 4 block walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. The condo is very clean (important due to Covid) and nicely decorated and well equipped. It is quiet in the evening/night and we slept great. The building exterior is under construction, and we could hear some hammering and other noises during the day, but since we were gone during most of the time they were there working it was not a problem. The property is gated which was great. There is a lot of construction materials in the parking lot so parking was a little tricky, but not a big problem. We would stay again!

Jacuzzi tub and fireplace not working ( two main reasons I picked this place for a valentine weekend getaway) place was a little beat up, stains on the carpet and tubs/shower could use a good clean. When we showed up at 4:30 there was a lady in our rental taking photos. When we reached out to Meredith Lodging regarding the non-working advertised amenities I was given some generic computer generated response about how they were escalating my concerns and would have maintenance come by. We never saw anyone and never got another response. I would not recommend this location or Meredith Lodging for a vacation rental and feel like I was overcharged for what I got.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great property. It’s clean and as described. Communication was great. The grounds were nice, gated, great area, and good location. If you are healthy, you can walk to town no problem but it is not right around the corner. We opted to drive on all but one occasion and that was fine. We had everything we needed at the condo. The decor is nice and functional. Loved the beach theme and bright blue in the living room. Mattresses were comfortable. We wished at least one bed was a king size, but both were queen. There is a regular coffee pot, not a Kuerig like many rentals, so be sure to bring grounds if you are a coffee drinker; there were filters in the condo though (knowing the coffee situation is a critical piece of information in our family 😉). Our favorite meal spots to eat outside of the condo were Osprey Cafe for breakfast and Nonni’s Italian Bistro for dinner; both were amazing. Enjoy your time! We did!

Customer serves/ listening skills could have been better

Misunderstanding happens instead of giving us a chance to verify they decided to go with intimidation. When booking, the app gave me an error then refreshed. I did not noticing that only one night was booked. House keeping arrived, I explained I had booked for 2 night. house keeping said “ok it looks like it has been over booked. That’s something they have to handle.”before I could verify. I get a call saying there was a misunderstand and we have 30 min to vacate because sheriffs were going to be called. I asked to give me a moment to verify on the app. They said sheriffs were being called to vacate. I let them know I would be calling back after I verified they had no other respond than sherif are on their way. Other than that it would have been a great stay.
