Come enjoy this light, bright and airy newly built home with a tranquil view of the Necanicum River in the backyard. Ample seating in the living room with a large leather sofa and HDTV to relax after a day at the beach and shopping. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook a meal for family and friends or grab a quick snack for a picnic. Clean lines and modern décor hand picked to create a perfect home away from home for your vacation, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The location is conveniently located two blocks from the ocean beach. There is a day use parking lot at 12th and The Prom.

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Great place to stay.

Clean, not too far from the beach, easy to get downtown, and even had a 50 outlet in the garage for anyone who needs to charge and EV. Would highly recommend!

Girls Trip

My friend and I brought our 4 girls for a spring break getaway. They are between the ages of 8-17. The house is very nice with spacious bedrooms and living space. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean!! It could use more decor it is very minimal. The house was a short walk to the beach in a cute neighborhood. Downtown was was decently close as well.

This was a great place to stay for space and cleanliness. Our kids enjoyed the property and there was everything you need.

Family Time

I was there with my daughter and two grandkids. The house was nice enough but a lot of small detail were missing. The main area had a huge sofa but no side tables, cocktail table or lamps. The unit did not have much on the walls or a theme or much decor. Our check-in time was 4:00 pm but we were not able to get in until 7:00 pm. I had called prior to our visit and asked about a blow dryer, grill and games. I was told that none of this was available. We did finds a blow dryer and grill but no games. It would be nice to have a few games and cards available to guest. The beds were comfortable but it would be nice to have a small dresser and a mirror in the bedroom. The second bath is small and having a second place to get ready in the morning would have been nice. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets available. Thanks
