You will love cooking on this high end gas range, watching Premiere TV service on the large TV, a romantic dinner with the fireplace glowing, sitting on the large Trex deck, parking your car safely in the large one car garage, washing dishes with your very quiet Bosch dishwasher, sleeping in the amazingly comfortable Tempurpedic beds, and many more amenities in this classic 1952 rambler style duplex home. You won't hear a peep from your neighbors unless you are both in your kitchens. The homes are separated by a common hallway that leads to your own private 600 square foot bright, cheerful and roomy basement where your Bosch washing machine and dryer are located. The home has whole home air conditioning, but you can also open your beautiful Marvin windows

Take a walk just a block down to the free Dash bus that will take you downtown and to the Farmer's Market. All buses are free in Olympia, so you can truly, "Hop on the Bus, Gus". You will enjoy walking the neighborhood and gazing at the neighborhood flowers, and colorful homes.
