House with 2 suites + toilet, 2 parking spaces and barbecue in a small closed condominium. The pool and the sand field are in the common area of the condominium and are shared between the 4 houses of the condominium.
Rental for a maximum of 6 people between adults and children. I do not accept larger groups.
Great location in a beautiful and leafy neighborhood in Peruíbe. 700 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from the surroundings.
We do not allow parties and visits. Loud sound is also not allowed. Quiet and family-friendly condo
