Located in a cul de sac, parallel to the main avenue, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the city center.
In the surrounding area there are numerous shops and services such as supermarkets, pizzeria, bar and restaurants, pharmacies, among others.
On the ground floor, 1 suite with 2 single beds (+ 1 single mattress), full kitchen, living room with TV and dining room with fireplace.
Upstairs with 2 suites, 1 suite with 1 bed and 1 child bed; another suite with a double bed (+ 1 single mattress + 1 single mattress + 2 inflatable mattresses); living room and balcony.
Outside, a large leisure area with green area, 8x4m pool and garage for 2 or 3 cars.
The house has a good infrastructure, full kitchen, electro-electronic appliances, fans in all environments, free Wifi, and cable TV. Allows pets.
