THE SPACE
This isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a place to slow down. To cook. To wander. To reconnect.
We’d love to host you.
Sink into the warmth of handcrafted wood, brass accents, and soft textures. Cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen (yes, that’s a real gas range and local coffee on the counter). Unwind with a book in the cozy living room. Step out to the private covered patio to enjoy a glass of iced tea.
And when it's time to turn in? Your bedroom is calm, quiet, and dressed for deep rest—with luxe bedding, soft throws, and blackout shades that mean business.

About the host
Hosted by Cheryl

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, I moved around a lot as a kid. Eventually, I settled in North Carolina but managed to find my way back to Texas about a decade ago. Through that process, I've learned how to make spaces matter and how to make them feel like home. I love hosting people in our family's home, so this feels like a natural extension to that.
Why they chose this property
When we first started looking to buy a home, we fell in LOVE with downtown Georgetown. It felt a lot like the homes I loved back in North Carolina - older, unique homes with charm that you can't find with newer homes. We are so excited to finally have an opportunity to own a home downtown. It's a great, active neighborhood and we love being there!
