House is beautiful! It’s spacious, very nicely furnished, with great A/C, comfy beds, high quality appliances and well-stocked kitchen (great pots & pans!) The heated pool was fantastic. Our kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and the PacMan game was a huge hit! Private fenced backyard and well-kept front lawn with big trees. Downtown square is a 5 minute walk! The walk to the Blue Hole Park was only 10 minutes; kids and dog loved wading in the beautiful San Gabriel River. Host Mike was super attentive, available, and accommodating. We’ve rented lots of VRBOs; this was one of our favorites!

This is a lovely home - well furnished and very comfortable for a large family. The beds, particularly in the primary bedroom, were very comfortable!The pool is a great design with a large bench - perfect for lounging with a drink and visiting.The location is ideal and an easy walk to city square - great shopping and dining options.I highly recommend this house and the host!

This house had everything you needed and was very well organized. Great location to walk to the local restaurants and shops. We used it over graduation for Southwestern U and it was perfect for our family and also big enough for guests. Perfect layout

The place was perfect for a couples long weekend . We had 4 couples that stayed and the bedrooms, den and kitchen accommodated us all very well. The pool was nice and relaxing. It was a very short walk to the downtown square. There were lots of restaurants and shops in the old downtown.

Clean and spacious for our group of 7. Easy communication with owner. Very convenient to all of our daughter’s wedding festivities in Georgetown. The heated pool was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!

A very fun place to stay! The kids enjoyed lots of games to play and the rooms were very comfortable and private. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time but maybe for our next stay! The location was great for walking yo and from the town square.

It was very clean, and there were many things to do that were close. We attended the Longhorn and A&M football game on Friday night, and was nice to be on the north side of town to head back to Dallas on Saturday.

Great host. Enjoyed the heated pool. My grandaughters used it every chance they got. Loved being so close to the town square. It was beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations.

Perfect place and location for our girls weekend! We loved the heated pool, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and the reclining couches. Whenever I had a question, Mike was fast with his responses. Being able to walk downtown was a big win! This was my first time using VRBO, and Mike made it seamless for me. I can’t wait to come back!
