Amazing ocean views from nearly every spot in the house. Open layout on first floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom with deck to ocean. Gaze at the water as you work at the desk, cook your meals, or lounge on one of the two first floor couches. There's a half bath downstairs as well, and books and games to enjoy. The second floor features two bedrooms and full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ocean views; the master is your calming tranquil oasis next to the sea.

Our house is equally suited for a romantic getaway, artist or writer's retreat, or family vacation. Let the ocean inspire you at this quintessential seaside cottage.

The kitchen is well-equipped with toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig, baking equipment, and more. Guests can use the washer/dryer on the first floor. There's a smart TV over the fireplace, and a second smaller smart TV in the guest room. Guests have full access to the entire house, deck, and yard. During low tide, you can walk down the stairs to skip stones on the water; during high tide, the water comes right to the sea wall just beyond the deck.

Two bedrooms, each with queen size beds. First floor has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Window AC units in the summer months.
