we want to share water view house has private pool with heated spa which maintain ever week from professional pool care company to provide good quality salt water pool and boat deck able to accommodating up to 55feet long boat and Seminole Boat Ramp is the one close from house 3miles and 10 minutes driving distance.
Also water access from deck with Kayak,Jet skies and paddle board
You can experience the grilling while family are swimming and watching water view, feel the peaceful and enjoy with the Florida Sunshine.

The house offer with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Laundryroom ,spacious living area.Kitchen has full equipped pots and pan, toaster,cooking tools.Great for home cooking family.The Publix is 0.5miles away from home so easy to shop for food.
Fast internet and 70 inch flat screen smart tv.

The beach is about 1.3 miles away from home,walking30 mins ,ride bicycle to beach in 10 mins or experience ride a Jolly Trolley from front of Publix Supermarket.Clearwater Beach offer hundreds of things to do ,beautiful white sand and clear shallow water make this beach an ideal playground for families.

Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach is a 'Center Point' of tourists activities in the area. That is, besides Clearwater Beach itself. The pier sort of divides the beach into two parts - the southern and the northern, and the Pier is right in between. Fishermen find it just the right spot to fish, pelicans love it too, and in the evenings the pier is also a perfect place to watch some beautiful sunsets over the Gulf.

Pier 60 and the spacious playgrounds around , now named Pier 6o Park, are actually very attractive any time of the day - there's a snack bar there, a souvenir shop, playgrounds for kids , and for those who want to explore the area more there's also the Visitor Information Center, where one can get all kind of useful info about this area, including some regular events on Pier 60. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The beginning of our stay was a little rocky & we did have some problems but the owners immediately reacted and made the situation right. After the problems were addressed the rest of the stay was amazing. It’s in the perfect location, and the view from the backyard is beautiful. You don’t need to leave the house in order to enjoy the sunshine and water!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The beds were so comfortable, the couches were prfect and the pool was awesome. The neighborhood was far enough from the beach for us to enjoy the quiet but close enough to run in for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to visit again soon!

Family vacation

Kelly was a wonderful host. Her home is the perfect spot for your Clearwater vacation. We have been coming to Clearwater for 25years and now with our own children and the location and the pool were wonderful. The house is clean and has a very comfortable feeling. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the yard as well. Kelly was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back in the fall.

This property is beautiful! Location is perfect. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The host, Kelly, is top notch. Easy to communicate with, wants to give you the best vacation experience possible. A perfect vacation home

Our family enjoyed staying in this home very much. It was immaculately clean and equipped with all of the essentials and many extras. Our teen girls loved the pool, foosball table, and bikes. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive from Clearwater Beach. We would highly recommend this property.
