Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters for a fee. This retirement area has all the amenities you will need and then sum. Also it is only 30 miles from Tucson, AZ. We live in Green Valley and can answer any questions you might have at anytime Terry Ridenour.

This property was excellent in every regard! The owner even left us a bottle of wine and snacks upon check-in. The backyard was a beautiful landscape patio and it was within excellent walking trails. Wonderful property, quiet and private, home provides everything you'd need for a stay. Use of the garage was a plus. I had my small dogs with me and the fenced back yard was perfect for them. Anamax dog park is just 10 minutes away. Use of Green Valley Rec centers (pools) was available which my teenaged granddaughter appreciated when she visited. Communication with owners was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

Las Campanas Getaway

Terrell and Eileen did a fantastic job of furnishing their house with everything a guest might want or need during a stay at their property. It's a great location near many activities and close to shopping. We would definitely stay at their property again if available when we visit Green Valley.

This property was built in 2014. It has been completely set up for rental and is always spotless. It has all the first class amenities. It also has 55" TV in living room and 40" TV in Master Bedroom.
