Very nice home with beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Short walk to town and quick drives to other great locations in Maine.
We loved the property, it was a good fit for 2 families, 7 total. The river sunsets are wonderful. The convenience to Damariscotta and the wharf are a big plus. So much to do in the local area, oyster farms, music on the wharf, Pemaquid light house, kayak rentals, Bristol and Boothbay are close. It can be warm in July, and a couple days it took a while to cool down inside. We had some ping pong tournies and a friend said the favorite part of their trip was the visit to play games with us at the house. The host was very accommodating and can recommend this property highly.
