The house is in a great location within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in charming Damariscotta. It is located on the Pemaquid peninsula within driving distance to local sights such as Pemaquid Lighthouse in New Harbor, Pemaquid beach, Fort William Henry, Round Pond, and Coastal Maine Botanical Garden in Boothbay.
