Basement apartment in the heart of Cottonwood

Welcome to our newly remodeled mother-in-law basement apartment. Located just a short drive to the mouth of Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon with loads of activities to fit anyones interest including world class skiing, biking, climbing, and hiking. If you don't have a car, no worries. You are just a short walk away from the closest bus stop. Our location has great freeway access and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and much more. Come relax in your home away from home!
You will have this 1200 square foot fully furnished space all to yourself with private entrance on the side of the house with parking available in the driveway or on the street. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom that will comfortably fit four people. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Relax in the open kitchen and living area where you will be able to cook your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen, play games, or watch TV. We provide access to Netflix and Youtube TV. In the hallway across from the bathroom, there is a washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided under the sink in the bathroom. Also the bathroom is includes a two sink vanity as well as a spacious walk in shower with a 16 square inch shower head you can enjoy after a long day in the mountains. One of our recent guests described it as his 'favorite shower I've even had the pleasure of using.'

Even thought it is a basement, it is spacious and has a lot of light with two windows facing toward the east so you will have natural light coming through in the morning.
