Cosara Villa is an exclusive escape nestled in the jungle above the famous Playa Hermosa (Uvita). Absolutely stunning views of the Pacific ocean, year-round sunset, and the legendary Whale's tail. All that with the constant ocean breeze flowing through the house.

This brand new house has a humongous master bedroom as big as the living/dining/kitchen, plus 2 generous bedrooms with a king-size bed and a 4th bdrm with double Queen size bunk beds and a king-size bed. All of them have their own ensuite bathroom. The living area is perfectly designed for the tropics as it opens up to a large outside terrace with a sofa and swing chair to relax and lose yourself in this perfect paradise. A great place for yoga and meditation. For the warm afternoon, we have an infinity pool to refresh yourself with an exceptional 17-meter swimming-pool corridor. The house comes equipped with top-quality amenities and fiber internet (up to 100Mbps)

Cosara Villa also has a great location. It is located just 10 min south of Dominical and 5 min north of Uvita. It is also 30 min from Quepos airport and 40 min from the famous Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. There is plenty of beautiful beaches, surf, rivers, waterfalls, and restaurants within a short drive (4x4 not needed). The closest beach is Playa Hermosa - just a 4 min drive from the house.

Luxurious Stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was perfect for 3 families consisting of 5 adults and 2 children (2&9). The paved roads to the house and gated entrance made coming and going a breeze. Jerome was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok when the power went out. (Which was only for a very short period of time). The welcome book helped us decide on booking a catamaran and snorkel adventure and made booking quick and easy! Highly recommend staying here!

Great property, unfortunately manager is dishonest.

Beautiful, clean home with excellent pool and view but can not recommend. We booked this place last minute for 3 adults for a working vacation when our other booking fell through. No complaints until we checked out and the manger suggests we owe for damages for breaking the refrigerator drawer. With only three adults staying at the property I can be 99% sure we did not do this; however, I reluctantly consent to his charge. Next day Gregoire charges me 3x what he first suggested without any authorization and only a rude response. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with this petty fraud especially considering the total amount of money we spent for our stay. I wish I could recommend this place but unfortunately can not. Perhaps if the owner employs a new manager then it would be worth a stay.

Couldn’t be happier

We’ve stayed in Uvita multiple times and we have always loved the area, the people, and activities, but we’ve had mixed experiences. The listing was great but we were awe struck by this home, the living/kitchen area, the pool, everything… the master is large and beautifully done. The house is sealed tight and hardly allowed bugs into the house. The manager was responsive and helpful. We came with kids but look forward to coming back for an adult trip.
