Perfect! 2nd time here

I love this place! Its perfect for taking dogs with the fully fenced yard. I also love the way the house is laid out, perfect for a family or just the two of you. The location is good - far enough out of town to be quiet and calming but close enough to be able to run to town if needed. I look forward to staying at this place again and again.

Great place, GREAT VACATION

No complaints really, place was perfect for us, short drive to the beach, nice neighborhood, neighbors were friendly, we used the hot tub every night. Definitely would book this same place again. It was clean, beautiful view, and it was tough leaving.

Great Getaway

The house was better than described in the listing and we very much enjoyed the quiet location. The house is well stocked, easy to get to, close enough to fun beaches and towns, but also far enough out to seem secluded. We'll return to this one for sure.

Beautiful Home tucked in the hills on Neskowin

This was such a great place to stay. Beautiful home in a quite neighborhood nestled in the hills of Neskowin. House and hot tub were very clean. The veiws of the moutians and beach were spectacular. Our dog loved the spacious back yard as well. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach destination

This house was as beautiful as the pictures make it look. A great backyard to run around in and make memories. Or a nice hot tub with an amazing view to sit back and relax.

We had a lovely time

The only issues were the lack of connection initially with the management group, and cooking in the space was hard, the grill was just tow flames and the oven didn’t get hot like normal. The house was a wonderful space to connect with our family and the backyard for our dogs was great.

Needs some TLC

The house is very basic. Was very clean but lacked amenities like outside chairs for 4 adults. Lamps. Everything was overhead lighting which was very annoying. The TV is upstairs and has one of the most uncomfortable couches to watch a movie on a cold rainy night. Very close neighbors!

This home was very comfortable and managent was very responsive. You can see the ocean on a clear day and there is a decent backyard for kids or dogs to run around in.

Relaxing Getaway

Everything was as beautiful as the pictures. There was enough kitchen stuff and extra bedding. The dogs loved the yard. I will definitely be using Meredith Lodging again and again.

Perfect place for kids and pets !

I would stay here again. Often pet friendly places have old carpeting etc. This was the nicest pet friendly place I have stayed. Great view of the beach and the jacuzzi was well cared for and at a great temperature. The large yard makes it stress free with kids and pets and since it’s off the beach you don’t have to worry about sand getting dragged in. Easy drive to the beach and nice fire pit and extras like puzzles. I had a wonderful time and again highly recommend for families with children and pets because the large well maintained yard is a great safe pet area. The upstairs room was also very kid friendly. I would book here again without hesitation .

Disappointed with lack of advertised amenities

There was no active internet service at the home and also therefore no tv or entertainment. Reached out to Meredith support with no remedy. Very unfortunate If there was internet and we could watch Netflix, the only tv was upstairs in the kids room, no tv in the living room which was also a disappointing find. Master bedroom door doesn’t fully close

Lovely getaway!

We were so thankful to be at this property when temps at home were over 100°! We were very thankful for the fans provided, as it did get a little stuffy at time. The fenced in yard was amazing for our dogs and kiddos! The hot tub was lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the main bed was very comfortable. The kids loved the upstairs, and it was nice to have the only TV up there so we could just have family time downstairs. Neskowin is such a lovely little spot, we adore the restaurant and the creek that leads down to the ocean. *Be sure to bungee the garbage shut! Some kind of animal (we guess a bear) got into the previous tenants garbage while we were sleeping on the first night, and we woke up to dirty diapers and food garbage spread ALL over the driveway. After several attempts and methods at trying to get a hold of someone at Meredith Lodging (the phone call to their office is what worked best), they sent someone out who cleaned everything up for us. Thanks for a great getaway!

Would not rent again.

Location is almost 2 miles from Neskowin and beach access. Kitchen was equipped ok but only 3 drinking glasses, 1 wine glass, 1 champagne glass, 5 coffee mugs. We went to Goodwill and bought what we needed and left them. There were no lamps in the living room, no coffee table, 2 small side tables, no clocks (guess when on vacation people may like that). There is a couch and 2 side chairs.. The dining table had 4 chairs. The master bedroom did have nite tables and lamps. The other bedroom only 1 nite table and sorry, a worthless lamp. The upstairs has 2 single beds on the floor and a futon. No lamps, no closet, overhead light switch is outside the room. Only TV is upstairs, the only seating is the futon. The stairs are steep and narrow. The second bathroom is located on the main floor. The house accepts pets and has a nice grass, fenced backyard.

This place was great and super near Neskowin beach and God's Thumb hike. It is also only 40 minutes from Tillamook. Highly recommend the stay!

Exceeded expectations

We were pleased to discover a new, well-supplied, beautifully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. Proximity to Neskowin & Pacific City were perfect, as were the ocean views from the hot tub. Nice job with this one!
