Steps to the ocean, Southern Faire is a second row home in the heart of Surfside Beach. Stroll to the new pier and restaurants, and enjoy an evening of fun without worrying about parking. This three floor home includes a large balcony on each floor. Open plan in the kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoy third floor peek-a-boo views of the ocean, as well as a relaxing bonus room with sofas and a large television. Enjoy bocce or the ball field at Martin Park located only 2 blocks away. Lounge in the sun or relax in shaded seating by the private pool. Storage room under the house has beach chairs and umbrellas, games, pool floaties and grilling gear for guests. Pool area has gas and charcoal grills. Sleeps 16. No smoking and no pets allowed. Elevator available upon request.

Beach oasis

The house was nice but when I was looking at places to stay one person commented that the elevator wasn't working. I asked about it before reserving the house and was told it was working. 3 days after making the final payment I received an email telling me the elevator wasn't working. I asked if there would be any kind of refund and never heard back from them. Just beware...the elevator probably isn't working!
