There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area and aircon/heating if needed. There is a dedicated space for working with a comfortable chair. The whole apartment is available except for the third bedroom (which will be locked). Easy access up 4 steps to a security door (no lift) and direct entry off this area.
Our home is set back in gardens on a main road so there is some light traffic noise. We have put in double glazed windows in the front bedroom.
