Everything is within walking distance!
Bright & light filled, this coastal style apartment has everything within walking distance. Step outside to beautiful gardens, 2 mins to the village shops, Stockland shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, catch a bus to the city or Warringah Mall. At the bottom of the street is North Harbour Reserve next to a national park. The ocean beach at Manly is 15 mins walk along the renowned harbour pathway “Spit to Manly Walk” where you can explore hidden beaches, harbour pools & spectacular views.
Perfect for commuters into the city or for a holiday close to Manly beach
Situated on the edge of Balgowlah village. Recently renovated, there are 2 bedrooms (queen beds), 2 new bathrooms (1 main, 1 ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer/dryer and high speed Wi-Fi & Netflix to make you feel at home.
There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area and aircon/heating if needed. There is a dedicated space for working with a comfortable chair. The whole apartment is available except for the third bedroom (which will be locked). Easy access up 4 steps to a security door (no lift) and direct entry off this area.
Our home is set back in gardens on a main road so there is some light traffic noise. We have put in double glazed windows in the front bedroom. Please contact me if the dates listed aren't ideal and I may be able to accommodate. Free parking on the street, however check the signposting for time limits.
