Spring Break Curfew Notice: Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office. This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement. Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. 2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
DEPARTURE CHECKLIST: • Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins. • Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent). • Keep beds turned down that have been slept in. • Place any used towels in the laundry room. • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons. • Close & lock all windows and exterior doors. • Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. This was our first family vacation to the area and we absolutely fell in love! The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4, it was exactly what we were looking for. It was just as pictured, very clean with easy access to food, the pool and/or the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. The only major downfall was the major bike route was closed west of us. This meant lengthy detour for cars and no access to trails for bikes.

Thanks for the review, Jacques. We're glad you enjoyed the cottage, but are sorry that you were unable to use the bicycle path to travel west along 30A. The county decided that was a good time to make some much-needed repairs to the bridge along 30A that went over Deer Lake. They were done as scheduled, and the bicycle paths were opened back up for the Summer of '24. And as far as bicycles go, there was still 4.1 miles of the Timpochee Trail east along Scenic Highway 30A!
This townhome was great! It was beautifully decorated and clean. The location and neighborhood were also amazing. The beach was just a 2 min car ride, but the boardwalk was quite long to walk (doable, but long). Having The Big Chill across the street was awesome, especially for having little kids. We walked across the street with the kids in the wagon to get there. I think having hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and stuff up would’ve been nice. And also if there would’ve been salt, pepper, Pam, the essentials for cooking would’ve been a really nice touch. The bedrooms were somewhat bright in the mornings so adding curtains would be better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect for Our Family!
We recently stayed at this incredible 30A property, and it was truly perfect for our family of four! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind.
The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk or bike ride to The Big Chill, where we enjoyed shopping, live music, and a great selection of food options. It made dining out and entertaining the kids so easy and fun!
The pool area was also so perfect with the zero-entry area for my toddlers and comfortable lounge chairs.
The home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach gear — and even had a few thoughtful extras that made our stay even more special. We loved having a cozy, clean space to come back to after a day of exploring the area.
We’ve stayed in several vacation rentals along 30A, and this one definitely stands out. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!
From initial booking to check out - this property and the 30A Sea Story team were fantastic. The property was just as listed and pictured - everything in/around this condo is top notch. Beds were comfortable and the appliances are high-end as well. Parking was never an issue either (we had our 2500 Ram and had no issues getting in/out of the driveway). Having access to the garage made loading/unloading so much easier. There are even beach chairs/toys/umbrellas to use (although we had our own - so didn't use but they looked to be in great condition). I personally enjoyed having cable tv in all of the rooms - no need to log into all of your streaming devices (but can if you want). We are family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) and being able to walk 3-5 minutes to The Big Chill for dinners/drinks/shopping was amazing. This was our 1st time staying in the Prominence area - but definitely will not be our last.
We are already looking at dates to stay here next year!!

The property was in a great location - directly across the street from the Hub! Property was new and the master shower was amazing! Communication with the owners was easy and they were always quick to respond.

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. It is the best means of transportation across the street to The Hub and the beach. Loved having The Hub across the street. It was perfect entertainment each evening for the adults and teens alike.
We love staying at Prominence. It is centrally located in 30A. so easily accessible to Rosemary, Seaside, and all beaches in between. Love how the Hub is right across the street! This property, 30A SeaStory, is clean, comfortable,, updated, and beautiful.
