Coastal Breeze is an elegant 2 bed room, 2 bath room, luxury town home that sleeps 6 (max) and includes the complimentary use of our 6-passenger STREET LEGAL GOLF CART, 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 deluxe beach chairs, Cool Cabana, beach cart and everything else you will need for great days at the beach!

This beautiful town home has a master bedroom with a King size Tempurpedic bed, 32-inch smart TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, walk-in shower & separate water closet. The guest bedroom has a King size premium memory foam bed, 32-inch smart TV and double doors that open to a covered balcony with cabana style outdoor furniture. We also provide a Pack & Play and baby gate for infants. Our great room features a contemporary Queen size sleeper sofa and a 50-inch smart TV w/sound bar which includes HULU LIVE/ESPN/Disney streaming . The dining area features a beautiful mid-century modern table with 4 padded leather chairs and 2 additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries. Our unit also comes with a one car garage (that houses our street legal golf cart, bicycles and beach equipment) and is equipped with a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed to monitor and record any activity in the driveway and just outside the main entrance.

In addition, Coastal Breeze includes the free use of our 6-passenger, Street Legal Golf Cart. We also provide 4 beach cruiser bikes (2 adult, 2 youth w/helmets & locks), a Cool Cabana, 4 deluxe beach chairs, a collapsible beach cart and 6 beach towels. The golf cart has a rack for transporting the 4 beach chairs and we also provide a cooler that fits nicely under the back seat.

The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at our house with their party for the entire stay.

NOTE OUR GOLF CART POLICY: All drivers of our Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on our Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.

The Prominence community features 2 very nice swimming pools. On the north side, you will find an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style, child friendly pool (heated in October/November & March/April) with lounging cabanas, outdoor dining facilities w/gas grills, upholstered outdoor living sectionals and bathhouses. On the south side, you will find a quaint, more secluded, relaxing pool with resort-style cabanas and lounge chairs, table & chair sets with umbrellas and a really nice bathhouse.

Probably our favorite thing to do is load up the golf cart with all the beach equipment and head off to one of the 6, golf cart accessible, beaches we have listed in our detailed Welcome Book. Our personal favorite is the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park just 6/10ths of a mile west of our home. The dunes and beach are absolutely beautiful.

For those more adventurous, ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Or, you may prefer to take the street legal golf cart to some of these same communities for breakfast or lunch, just park the cart in a regular public parking spot. DISCLAIMER: Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys Beach communities DO NOT allow golf carts to be parked in their communities. You can only ride straight through on 30A.

Check out THE HUB/BIG CHILL Directly across the street from our community. The Hub/Big Chill offers shopping, nice restaurants, outdoor movie nights and seasonal live entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!
