Grand Harbor lifestyle at it’s best, Grand HarborTennis/Social/Beach Club membership included in the booking fees on your VRBO booking - Grand Harbor Club account and membership transfer fee ( $115/month) charged to your Grand Harbor club account. Grand Harbor is a gated, full time security and and exclusive community. Beautifully landscaped, peaceful, gated, full time security community. Great for walking and biking safely. The views of the marina and harbor from the condo and pool are awesome.

This rental includes the Grand Harbor Club Raquet/social membership (renter just pays $115/month membership transfer fee). Guests may use the main clubhouse and dining, bocce, pickleball, tennis (not golf) pool, fitness, activities as well as the luxurious beach club with pool, beach chairs and towels, dressing and bath rooms, bar, and dining.
