Our family home is perfect for 2-3 families, girls weekends away and golf groups we are an easy flat walk to a safe quiet bay beach and local cafes. It has two master bedrooms with queen size beds and en suites. Two more bedrooms that share a bathroom and the rumpus room also has a fold out sofa bed. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up dinner from fresh local produce to eat at our large dining table in our huge bright and breezy open plan living area. After spending your day relaxing at the beach, you can come home to chill in one of our 2 large outdoor entertaining areas, complete with a 12 person spa, outdoor fireplace, pool table and dartboard. Our home is completly fenced and safe for little ones and little furry friends too. We are a 5 min drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Brewery, and all of the peninsulas best golf courses. Perfectly postioned between Rye and Rosebud its close enough to be in the practical part of the peninsula but quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. This is our family home which is kept spotless and we welcome you to use all the amenities like your own.
