The condo, itself, was PERFECT for my family. Elevators were quick. Tons of grilling space. Pools were perfect and the VIEW was absolutely amazing! We would definitely rent from this host again! Paperwork was sent in plenty of time and instructions were clear. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

Great Spring Break Experience

My group really enjoyed this property. The facilities (bar, pool, etc) were amazing and easy to access. The beach was very clean and much less busy than other parts of PCB. We would 100% stay at this location again, perfect for spring break.

Our fun little get away

Perfect for our family, lots of spacious rooms to spread out our stuff. Awesome view of the Gulf. Enjoyed the pools. Got to watch the sunset each evening.

Best Vacation

My family and I had the best vacation here. Great views, pools, beach access. Everything we needed. Condo was well stocked everything we needed. Beds clean and bathrooms were great. Which was all we needed as we stayed pretty much on the beach or in the pools. Would rent this condo again.

Arriving, we we're greeted with freindly staff, that were more than happy to help us get checked in .The condo itself was really clean and smelt amazing, and the property was clean. High security and gated property was a plus . Pools were BIG and CLEAN . Same for the kiddie pool and hot tub. Would be perfect for family vacations and extended stays, it felt like home . Highly recommend !!!

It was nice need to update kitchen ware floors were filthy really needed a good deep cleaning the ceiling fan in the master doesn’t work had to replace batteries in the door 2 times while we were there.. other then those few things it was a good vacation

Condo was very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and was located on a less crowded beach. We really enjoyed the Sandbar for drinks and their food was very reasonable. Everything we ordered there was great! Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. The weather was perfect and the pools were very nice and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and karaoke on Sunday night. The only issue we experienced was the elevators. Be prepared to wait awhile if you are on the higher floors. There was one day when only one elevator was inservice which was very inconvenient but we managed. Carts were few and far in between to haul items up to the condo. The day we checked out we could not get a cart before 8:00am as they had implemented a new policy. So if you plan on leaving early before 8am it’s best to pack up your items the night before.Besides a few minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time at Regency Towers.

The condo was good. I felt it could have been more clean and we had no starting supplies such as soap or dishwasher tablets. Regency Towers itself was a let down for sure! The elevators were down multiple times and it was VERY frustrating. We spoke to people who own condos at RT and they stated it is like that all the time.

Overall the condo was decent but needs updating!

The condo itself was fine but it needed to be painted as the base molding was pretty beat up. The biggest complaint involved the two regular beds in the second bedroom were worn out. Our son and wife and two grandkids left early because the beds were so uncomfortable and could sleep. Things needed some attention and looked like they had been ignored for quite a while ie. the curtain tie back knobs were falling off the wall literally.

Great stay

We took my son and a couple of his friends. The place was big enough for all of us (9) without using the blow up beds we brought. There were plenty of linens and towels. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. I would stay here again!

Girls trip

The condo was in a perfect location, the pool bar did not disappoint! The condo has a wet air smell but maybe because the unit is older. The blender was missing the lid, the fridge was open and full of water when we got there, and the keypad on the door didn't work a lot. The owner and housekeeper was amazing and responded quickly and made everything better.

Great vacation!

The condo was very nice! We have stayed many times at Regency Towers and this condo was perfect for our large family. We did have a little hiccup while checking in, a storm came through and the power was out so it was a longer wait to get our condo cleaned. At no fault of the owners and she stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay. The beach wasn’t overly crowded. The staff at the condo were friendly. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen you really didn’t need to buy anything there. Of course the elevators were slow but that was to be expected. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our weeks vacation. Thank you Carole

Our family lives in Minnesota, and we started coming to Panama City Beach for our 'Spring Break' vacation in the late 1970's. In 1992, my son suggested we purchase a condominium in Panama City Beach since we all can't wait each year to return and sink our toes in the pure white sandy beaches and splash in the gentle emerald water in the Gulf of Mexico.

Now, my children bring their children -- and everyone considers a week at the beach to be the 'best' vacation they ever get to take. I can't wait to get up in the morning, get my coffee and book, and head out to my private balcony and start enjoying the idyllic calmness of beach life!

I have been to beaches all over the world and none compare with Panama City Beach. The soft white sandy beach is never hot on the feet, there are no broken shells or coral to cut your feet, the waves are gentle, and the water temperature is delightful. I also like that the beach is not as crowded as many other areas I have been. Panama City Beach is great for 'family vacations' (which is what I like!), but it has many exciting places for the the young adult crowd to gather and make new friends.

I like being at the most beautiful beach in the world and still being in the continental United States where I can drive my own car, watch my favorite TV shows, shop at my usual stores, and feel very safe. Plus, there are so many fun things to do and great places to eat in Panama City Beach and nothing is more than 8 miles away!

The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is situated directly on the beach. Here are some of its amenities:

During the summer months, entertainment is provided 6 days a week (a big hit with families). Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, and lounge chairs/umbrella rentals available right at the beach in front of the Resort.

You can walk for miles on the white sandy beach. Walk <2 miles to St Andrew's Park (Florida's most visited State Park), fish off the jetties or the pier. Take a boat tour to Shell Island in search of those perfect shells.

There are several golf courses within just a couple of miles (Marriott Bay Point has an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Signal Hills Golf Course also has 18-holes).

For the kids, there is bungee jumping, arcades, go-cart tracks, mini-golf (some with black lights), haunted houses, mazes, arcades, a sky coaster ride, batting cages, a Ripley's elieve It or Not Ship (attraction), and WonderWorks. There is also a Dune Buggy Park attraction about 6 miles from our Resort. A Marine Park where you can swim with the dolphins. ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Bear Creek Feline Center (BCFC) is home to Florida wildcats and exotic felines.

There are so many restaurants that you will have a hard time picking which one to go to -- but they are all good!!
