In the mornings you will have the option to cycle tracks 5 minutes from the youth skate and basketball sports center and / or go to the public gym to work out on the historic beach where Anchieta wrote the famous poem A Virgin. (This place is being renovated by City Hall 2019 I believe in January 2020 is ready)

Or if you prefer to walk along the beautiful seafront promenade from the Cruzeiro lighthouse to the 10km round trip pier without realizing it, by the comfortable shade of the grove of the waterfront. (Reformed until 2019-2020)

You can also go with the family by car to Itaguá beach where you will find great offer of schooner trips to Anchieta Island, Couves Island and other islands of the region ...
