The entertaining deck is huge and offers day lounge, outdoor dining furniture and Webber Q bbq

Master bedroom includes king bed with ensuite and robe

A second guest powder room is also located upstairs

Second living area offering lounges, TV, WII console and games and entertaining area

Three large bedrooms, one offering two bunks (4 singles) and the further two offering a double bed in each room

Main bathroom including fabulous fittings including full bath, shower, vanity with stone benchtop and toilet

The yard is great with outdoor shower, lush green lawns and gardens and fully fenced for the security and peace of mind with young children
