Our over all experience was great. Everything was a short drive away and it didn’t feel overwhelm. The beach area was great for families and it wasn’t overcrowded.

Nice layout and location

We are just returning from a week at Lion in da Sun. This house had a great layout for our group (3 king beds, a queen, and a room with 2 twins for the kids). It’s also a great location and was a very short walk to two beach accesses. We enjoyed the pool which was fenced in on all 4 sides - this gave us some peace since we were staying with 4 kids. There are a few gripes from our group - things were not very clean. Stains on a lot of the furniture and hair in the bathrooms when we arrived. There was a leak from and upstairs bathroom that rendered the half bath on my main floor unusable since it looked like there could be mold. Everything needs a good updating. Also, this place has TONS of Knick knacks out. With kids, we had to keep and close watch to make sure nothing was broken. It also made it feel like there was so much clutter everywhere all week. Dunes Realty did a good job helping us with a few issues we had. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived. They came to check on the leak that I mentioned previously. The house got damaged from a storm that rolled through and they fixed it right away.
