Maritime Place A9 is an ocean front third floor condominium! Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up sitting on your private balcony. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property accommodates 6 with queen bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa and is fully equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. Maritime Place is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

A9 Maritime

Check in was easy, but it really could have been avoided if parking passes were prepared in condo. The condo its self was very dated. Was it efficient enough to stay in , yes. But could definitely use some updates. It smelled like cleaning chemicals when we first entered. But there was dust bunnies all over. The parking lot was pretty full at times and was a little tricky getting truck in/out of spots. The pool/hot tube area was nice. The location was fantastic. The beach wasn’t busy at all and was great for a family of 6 to stay in. Short walks to pier and local restaurants/shops/ect. Overall we enjoyed our stay in GCB and the condo may not have been absolutely great, but it definitely had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach.

Nice place

The place was nice, a little dated. Perfect size for our family of four. The family that stayed before us broke the stove so we weren’t able to use it. Overall it was a great time.
