Sleeping 6, this ocean front condo has 1 king bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. When you've had enough salt and sand, jump into the ocean side pool to cool off and relax. Comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, cable tv, WIFI, 2 wall mounted smart TVs and more. Enjoy your morning coffee on your ocean front balcony. Grill some dinner on the community grills. Mariner's Watch awaits you! Do note that this complex does not have an elevator and that smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
Mariner's Watch is a three-story oceanfront complex located on a prime beach front area one mile north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. It has a private pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Pool and beach furniture is not provided, so be sure to bring or rent your pool and beach chairs. Grab your beach chairs and head down to the sand and sea which is just a few steps away. Enjoy barbecuing at the community charcoal grill or take a short drive and dine out. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, boats, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
