There's an elevator and pool at this visitor's favorite. #206 is a second floor end unit with extra windows, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, accommodating 6 with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs, washer/dryer, WIFI. Parking is limited to one car (clearance 8'2"). Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

This four-story oceanfront complex has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach gear. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. Relax on the sundeck and take in the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Only a few steps from the pool area and you will be enjoying the sandy beaches of Garden City. A short walk on the beach and you will be at the pier where you can listen to live music during the summer, partake in karaoke, go fishing, or grab a bite to eat at the pier's café. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Covered parking clearance is 8ft 2in. Sorry, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
