Enjoy a cozy stay at this peaceful mountain retreat! This house is a two min walk to Fairplay's Main Street and historic South Park City. It is drivable to many ski resorts (Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, Monarch, Cooper, etc). Or just an ideal weekend escape to get away from city life. It comfortably sleeps six, with plenty of parking and amenities to feel right at home. This house is built in 1935, giving it lots of character and endearing quirks. PERMIT #2023016593
