Die Wohnung ist im Verhältnis gross. Es ist ein Lift vorhanden. Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch fehlende Klimaanlage und fehlendes Mückennetz getrübt. Auch das fehlen eines WiFi hat zusätzliche Roamingkosten verursacht und der Empfang über das Funknetz war sehr schwach und es gab oft Unterbrüche.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, parfaitement bien situé (proche de la plage, des commerces et du port). L’appartement est conforme à sa description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Trés agréable séjour!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au cap d'Agde. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques. La location est conforme aux photos et plutôt agréable. Peut-être prévoir des petite améliorations dans la salle de bain afin de la rendre encore plus accueillante. Néanmoins, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous vous remercions et peut-être à une prochaine fois.

Agréable séjour malgré...

Agréable semaine de vacances au Cap d'Agde, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et sérieux malheureusement l'appartement a subit le poids des années et il a besoin d'un gros coup de "rafraîchissement", je ne vais pas énumérer tous les points ici mais il y a du boulot. Je pense que pour le prix de la location on attend des prestations plus honnêtes. Ceci étant le point négatif, malgré cela, la residence est très calme et très bien située. Merci pour ce séjour Benoît R.

je rappelle que les photos ne sont pas corrigé, qu'elles reflètent l'état de l'appartement,les photos des vues extérieure sont prisent de la loggia et pour un loyer correspondant au marché, occuper l'appartement à 5 personnes et peut être plus, face à la mer avec vue sur mer,avec toutes les commodités qu'offre cet appartement, ce n'est pas excessif.

Très agréable séjour...

Très agréable séjour à Cap d'Agde dans un appartement situé dans un environnement relativement calme face à la mer, à deux pas de la plage, d'une très belle promenade sur le front de mer, d'une rue piétonnière très commerçante vous menant jusqu'au port et des animations. L'appartement dans une résidence sécurisée est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions et aux photos. La décoration, années 70, lui donne une touche d'originalité. La location est propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute. A noter, quelques nuisances sonores dans les chambres côté parking avec les animations deux à trois fois par semaine d'un camping à proximité. Cependant, ces nuisances ne durent pas au delà de minuit. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour... Stéphane et Brigitte
