🍹🌞 Cottage Paradise! 2BR/2BA, Pets Welcome, TV, Wi-Fi

Coastal Cottage 2Br/2Ba, Pet Friendly~Very Private~ Master Bedroom with TV and Private bathroom~ Spare Queen Bedroom with Smart TV~Spare bathroom newly renovated **Simple tranquility ~ just minutes from the Beaches, Indian River, Sebastian riverfront and North County Aquatic Center (water park perfect for children of all ages)**

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-$50 per pet fee is required. Non-disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-House trained dogs only.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Super clean, easy check-in, very quiet location. This is a well kept home and comfortable. The yard was a nice size but a full fence with privacy from the neighbor would have made it even better! The location of the property was quiet yet close to whatever you needed. I would definitely recommend this home.

My partner and I spent 3 lovely nites at Cottage Paradise along with our dogs. The home was just what we needed...well appointed, clean and comfortable and convenient to everything in Sebastian and Vero Beach. Ashely is an exceptional host and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our 3 months in Sebastian and our property, ‘Cottage Paradise’ was delightful and in a great location. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. While we had limited interaction with the property manager, any requests or information needed was always promptly addressed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Cottage Paradise!

I kept the title the same as the listing, as this was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a VRBO house. Most important is cleanliness! House was spotless! Check in super easy with Ashley, she was excellent. Beautifully decorated home, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, good mattresses, great quiet neighborhood. Great value, we will be back! Very cute and clean home and pet friendly! Well appointed in close proximity to anything needed. Eddie was always quickly responsive to any questions. Only suggestion would be maybe a sail shade over the BBQ area. The end of day sun is intense over a hot grill! 😉
