About this property

Stunning, Lake Forest, Frisco Condo -Spectacular Views!

Welcome to our beautiful, mountain retreat in Frisco, CO! Our condominium is located right by the shores of Lake Dillon with unobstructed, stunning views. The unit is on the 2nd floor so the views of the lake and mountains are gorgeous from every room in the condo, and especially from our amazing Trex deck overlooking it all.

Come and enjoy the mountain feel with beautiful furnishings and updated decor. The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed and it's own 50-inch, smart, flatscreen 4k HDTV. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over double), a queen bed, and TV for your viewing pleasure. Finally, the main room bodes it's own queen-size sofa sleeper, and 55-inch, Ultra 4K HDTV. We have a selection of dvds, games, books and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy, too!

Our kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. It is completely stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, including a spice rack and a Crock Pot. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Our unit also has a one-car, detached garage, and the complex has a parking lot.

The Lake Forest complex includes three, year-round-use, hot tubs and grills (for summer use).

Our condo is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco. Frisco is in the center of Summit County and is known as ''Colorado's Playground''. Ski seven different ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland), golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path (the Lake Dillon bike bath is directly across the street from the condo!), shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco is a great location to use as your home base.

This place was amazing! It was perfect for my two adult kids and my husband and I.Extremely clean and well stocked! The beds and pillow were so comfortable! Lots of soft and cozy blankets for everyone! The hosts are wonderful! The location is great! An easy 15-20 minute drive to Breckenridge and 30 min to Vail. Lots of great restaurants around Frisco and surrounding area.The condo has a large balcony with doors out from every room overlooking Lake Dillion. Would definitely stay again!!

Fabulous escape

We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time has been wonderful. The rental is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked; and we love the close access to the lake and bike paths. The garage access is a HUGE bonus as we can store our outdoor toys there during our stay. Already looking forward to next time!

This is the perfect location for all activities. Access to the rec path and the water are right across the street. The condo had everything you might need for a short stay or an extended stay. I can’t think of a thing this unit didn’t have. We hope to go back again.

Family Ski Trip

We booked last minute to go skiing over spring break with our kids and were very happy with our accommodations. The condo was a perfect size for our family of five (with the ages of our kids) and had everything we needed. We're very familiar with this area and loved the location of this condo. It was such an amazing view from the deck ! Place was very clean, beds were very comfy and there was lots to do near by. I took my 16 and 17 year old and they enjoyed the view , the shopping and hiking close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, well decorated condo. The master bed was comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The view was spectacular though it should be noted when you are out on the balcony the road noise is a bit loud. You can tell when an owner/host sincerely enjoys making their guests feel welcome and at home and this was the case with Charlie and Kristie. We most definitely will be visiting Frisco again and hopefully staying in this lovely condo.

Stunning views, incredible location, and perfect size condo for our group of 5 skiing 4 different hills on an Epic Pass. Loved having hot tub access and laundry in the unit. Well stocked with cooking utensils which was appreciated as we mostly ate in. Was able to walk on the recreation path on the lake on our off day as well. Don’t hesitate to book!
