The Sanctuary 14 acres w/ private pond/trails in beautiful Brown County
Come and enjoy a getaway from the busy world to a quiet home in the woods. You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and wide mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy your cup of coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The sanctuary. In the hot summers you will be able to go swimming in the pond. If you enjoy kayaking, we have a kayak you can take out and experience a relaxing time on the water. This is not just a vacation home but it is a vacation destination. This is a getaway for any seasons. The Brown County fall season is something everyone should experience and this the perfect property to take it all in.

The gathering space is a great place to relax, look out the windows and door by the fire. Take your drinks outside to the large porch and deck. You can sit in a rocking chair or have dinner on the large table on the porch. We live close to a Dollar General. Nashville is a 10 minute drive and is full of shopping, eating and exploring.

Hello my name is Josh and am married to my beautiful wife Mary and have 5 kids. We started a nonprofit ministry 20 years ago and travel the world helping those in need at orphanages, inner city, homeless and many other things. Our desire is to be an amazing host as we have stayed in many homes in the past 20 years

From the moment we saw the scene we fell in love. The walk through the woods with all the trails is so relaxing. As is fishing in the middle of the pond in a boat and catching fish after fish.
