The Sanctuary 14 acres w/ private pond/trails in beautiful Brown County

Come and enjoy a getaway from the busy world to a quiet home in the woods. You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and wide mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy your cup of coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The sanctuary. In the hot summers you will be able to go swimming in the pond. If you enjoy kayaking, we have a kayak you can take out and experience a relaxing time on the water. This is not just a vacation home but it is a vacation destination. This is a getaway for any seasons. The Brown County fall season is something everyone should experience and this the perfect property to take it all in.

Guests will enjoy staying at our place The Sanctuary. We have a beautiful house where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The gathering space is a great place to relax, look out the windows and door by the fire. Take your drinks outside to the large porch and deck. You can sit in a rocking chair or have dinner on the large table on the porch. We live close to a Dollar General. Nashville is a 10 minute drive and is full of shopping, eating and exploring.

House is totally clean and spacious and secluded if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Gorgeous porch to relax on and large family room for group gatherings. For our family get away we throughly enjoyed this property. The home was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, 2 living spaces, a large kitchen for all to gather in and a large space outside to play. The kids had fun on the paddle boards and kayak. We had some rainy weather. When it was nice out we played outside on the property and went to Brown County State Park to hike. The Sanctuary is an amazing rental. Four bedrooms, four baths, a pond, a playground, and more. The hosts are very attentive to detail and responsive to little problems that might occur. Very highly recommended—but save me a return date!
