Paraíso em Itapeva

Me hospedei com minha família, nos últimos 5 dias e gostaria de relatar a incrível experiência que tivemos no Sítio Ventania . O local é exatamente como as fotos mostram, aliás, muito mais lindo pessoalmente. A anfitriã Janice, desde o momento da reserva até o pós, muito prestativa e atenciosa. O sítio estava em perfeito estado e com a limpeza impecável, cobertores e edredons limpos e cheirosos . Na casa tem absolutamente tudo relacionado a utensilios de cozinha, churrasco, muitos pratos ,copos, panelas ,etc. O caseiro sempre disponível e pronto para nos auxiliar . Wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente. Espaço amplo, espaçoso e muito aconchegante. Piscina limpa todos os dias pois o caseiro limpa todas as manhãs. Indicamos a todos e voltaremos mais vezes .

Estivemos no Sitio Ventania neste final de semana e saímos de lá encantados!!! Local extremamente limpo, aconchegante, com todos os utensilios necessários para uma boa estadia e obviamente um imóvel muito bem planejado.Tem um supermercado próximo q atende a necessidade. Caseiro educado e pontual q deixava a piscina sempre impecavel pela manha. Anfitriã atenciosa, de fácil comunicação e q esclareceu todas as dúvidas p q o nosso final de semana fosse perfeito. Enfim, tivemos uma final de semana perfeito!!! Obrigada!

TRÊS DIAS COM OS AVÓS

Finalmente minha filha Laura, de apenas dois meses de vida, pôde conhecer seus quatro avós sem o uso das máscaras. Para isto, foi necessário que todos os presentes realizassem o teste sorológico para evitar a contaminação por aquele virus. Optamos por um local tranquilo em contato com a natureza no sul de Minas. Fomos muito felizes na escolha do "Sítio Ventania", para este encontro de três dias, pois tivemos todas as informações necessárias sobre o sítio, sobre o trajeto a ser feito, sobre o comércio local, etc, tudo isto feito pela própria proprietária Janice. Um detalhe interessante foi o asfalto até o bairro de Areias que ficou pronto na véspera da nossa viagem, facilitando muito o acesso ao sítio. O sítio, fica muito bem localizado, praticamente no pé da serra que serve de colírio na rota de chegada. Ao passar pela porteira, logo a esquerda do caminho que leva até a casa, uma linda paineira de grande porte nos recepcionou com toda sua exuberância, local onde mais tarde seria o cenário perfeito para perpetuar este encontro através de fotografias. Na casa, tudo funcionando muito bem, tudo muito limpo e tudo preparado com muito carinho! O caseiro Carlinhos sempre muito disposto e pronto para atender qualquer emergência. Gostamos muito também do Horácio (papagaio), que fala muito bem e que tem uma risada bizarra. O local é diariamente frequentado por seriemas, tucanos, maritacas e muito outros passaros. Ficaria horas comentando sobre este sítio, mas fica aqui minha dica: Vale muito apena passar alguns dias neste local, seja para família ou grupo de amigos. Voltaremos, com certeza!

Simplesmente..... Encantador..

Região abençoada, sítio perfeito, acolhedor, local onde nos transmite paz , uma conexão com a natureza que pouco se vê. Único problema é que a família não para de dizer que quer voltar rsrsr. Parabéns Janice e família, simplesmente encantador .
