Light House - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

Cozy and affordable is the Light House in Garden City Beach. One of the few remaining smaller ocean front homes without all the fancy frills, this four bedroom, three bath home will accommodate comfortably your party of 10 and not break your bank. About 1/2 mile south of the Garden City Pier you'll vacation in one of the most desirable locations on the south strand. Close enough but not too close. Enjoy all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs, WIFI, washer/dryer. All while making vacation memories with your loved ones. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

Great house! Well equipped kitchen.

Right on the sand. This house is not for anyone who would have difficulty climbing stairs. Inside stairs are a bit steep and the steps going from under the house to the entrance are steep. This property is supposed to be pet free but we swept when we arrived and there was quite a bit of what appeared to be short, black dog hair. The house is as described and the location was really good for us. We will probably rent again.

We had a great time

My family had a very nice time on our recent vacation. Our stay at the Lighthouse in Garden City was very enjoyable. The house was well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located to restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely consider staying here again when we can all get together

LOVED the location! There were some small ants, but the maintenance personnel came out within a couple hours. There was plenty of hot water for all 9 of us. We would definitely go back! Lovely rental!

This is a great place!

We arrived late, but the process that Dunes laid out for check in was easily followed. We loved the porches, especially the covered one where we could escape from the sun when needed. A well appointed kitchen made cooking easy. A storm that came through the day we arrived knocked out the wifi, but the maintenance staff was on it. This same place may not be available next time - hope it is. Regardless, I will stay at a property managed by Dunes.

Perfect Location!

Right on the beach in quiet Garden City. Steps to the beach from lower deck. Amazing views from all deck levels. Spacious home for a family of 7. Would highly recommend this property and we will likely stay here again.

Lighthouse

Everything was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was the dishwasher did not work. We did call and they said someone would be there the next day. They never came. Other than that it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

End of Summer Celebration

Great way to close out summer in this great 'lighthouse'. From 4 years old to 81,each enjoyed their stay! Loved all of the lighthouse decor and photos, great attention to detail. Also loved that all beds were already made when we arrived. The 3 decks allowed for stunning ocean views. We will be back next year!
