The Space:
This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay. The backyard offers privacy, and the location is very convenient to the freeway and more!

***NOTE*** this driveway is steep and is not able to fit multiple large vehicles or a vehicle with a trailer

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and is less than a mile from Walmart and other major food/shopping options. Our location also provides convenient access to the freeway; you have easy access to everything you need!

Getting Around:
Private driveway parking for guests vehicles (up to 4 cars). Uber and Lyft available in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Driveway parking approximately 4 cars on a slope. No street parking!

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Didn’t end up staying

Got to the property and within a hour of being there me and my daughter were both VERY itchy and got rashes. The air vents were caked with dust, the shower was dirty, and it just felt gross. I contacted the property manager and he said it was probaly from the trees outside which we weren’t even outside. I ended up having to pay 500$ for a hotel for the weekend in town with no refund back from this property. ON TOP of that, the driveway is so messed up and steep at the bottom , that it cracked my water pump underneath my car & that was an additional 700$ to repair that weekend and had to come back to town the following weekend to pick up my car so even more money. I use vrbo quite often and never had an issue with any properties so it was very upsetting, especially when the property owner couldn’t even offer a refund. So not recommend this property.

Older home that worked pretty well for us

Our stay in Birmingham was pretty good. The house was adequate for a youth missions trip team of 10. House could use some updates and the cleaning leaves a little to be desired. But the close proximity to Wal-mart allowed us to get the property in usable shape. It was nice to find a property that allowed a large group only 3 weeks before our stay as our group number had outgrown our previously booked property.
