The property is in a great location and with a little more TLC property would be great. In need of central air or A/C which owner said he will be putting in sometime this year. Due to summer heat it was extra hot and had to go into Black River to purchase two fans as it was way too hot in the guest house with just ceiling fans alone to cool us down. Very spacious home with nice outside area. Wasp were a bit much as they where forming a hive outside in front of the guest house. There was also a night where it rained heavily and one of the room celings started to leak a bit. As stated previously with a little more TLC this will be a great location return back too. Friendly location walking distance to the beach and good eats.
