Just metres to the Beach this newly renovated Luxury Home with private heated swimming pool, is designed for the perfect beach holiday for a couple or a family. Ideally located with playground, park and beach outside your front gate. Nothing else between you and the beach. Life savers present during School Holidays. Beautiful beach walks, bike and walking tracks. In a quiet cul-de-sac, oozing relaxation, with a large fully equipped kitchen, large extension table, and open air living areas overlooking the pool. The main bedroom with en-suite and a large spa bath on the ground floor, two large bedrooms and main bathroom with bath upstairs. All rooms have a queen bed, but the third bedroom also has two bunk beds sleeping 6, all up. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water leads into the powder room with separate toilet. Please just ask re a great discount for a long term booking for the months of May/June.
