Sitting proudly on the first floor of the beachfront South Walton condo Gulfside, Hidden Dunes 102 occupies a fantastic spot! Its patio doors have an entry to the large pool deck with beach views- a rarity for a condo in a high rise! No doubt this sunny opportunity will remind guests to take advantage of all the little extras life throws our way...or you could say to SEAS the day. The backyard of Gulfside 102 is all that a Destin vacationer could hope for! The aforementioned patio has entries to the living room and the master suite, and best of all it has palm tree speckled views of the glistening Gulf of Mexico- only a few steps away! The interior of 102 is equally a sight to SEA- cool tile floors, laden with nautical inspired décor in each bedroom along with flat screen TV's and comfortable furnishings. Plus, the kitchen boasts upgrades that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances- whether you're making coffee or preparing a feast it will be in stylish surroundings. So many amenities are available just for Hidden Dunes guests.
Choose to sunbathe in one of three pools, relax on the long stretch of private beach or simply enjoy a sunset on the patio as the Gulf spreads out before you. How a about a game of tennis or basketball and a leisurely walk with the family around the magnolias and the lake? Or venture just beyond the Hidden Dunes gates and discover outdoor malls, restaurants, and golf courses nearby.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo has a nice setup to enjoy your family while on vacation. It is nice and clean and has a very nice patio that goes straight to the pool!

Title: Enjoyable Stay with Minor Noise Issue Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at this condo and had a great experience overall. It was clean, organized, and in a fantastic location with direct access to the pool and beach. The only downside was that noise from the unit above was occasionally audible, such as footsteps and moving furniture. Despite this minor inconvenience, I want to thank the management for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it and come back

We enjoyed our girls trip here . A couple of positive things .. the beach staff were awesome. So friendly and made things extremely easy every day . Perfect location in the 1st floor walking out straight to the beach. Awesome. Cons- The oven was dirty . Where we were looking forward to also enjoying the pool it was really over ran by the little ones most of the time so not really conducive to an adults only pool time. Also it would be great if their where golf carts allowed . Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves

Unit was very nice. Well stocked and nicely decorated and well maintained. Associates working at Hidden Dunes office very nice . My only disappointment is with Newman Dailys choice to not offer guest a better solution for alternate parking when the garage is experiencing maintenance . I do understand that there is an enormous amount of work in keeping a complex such as Hidden Dunes in pristine condition . I also understand that historically Sept has been a down month and in the past the best time to schedule such work. HOWEVER I know we both agree that with new schools schedules and the addition of fall breaks etc there no longer is truly a down period. Maintenance must be done . Unfortunately for me this particular weekend the garage was being power washed. Therefore ,one entire level of the underground parking , or 50% has been closed since I arrived. In the description of my rental underground parking was listed. I did get to park underground when I arrived the first afternoon but when we returned from d

Great condo however there were a few other issues

Loved the condo that we stayed in however the parking was terrible and when you left to go to dinner you were not sure you were going to have a parking spot when you returned and half to park elsewhere like I had to a few days. The WiFi was terrible and you could not send any pictures to family members unless you were up around 3am and no one else was on it. I talked to the security guards a few times about people dumping liquids on vehicles from balcony’s and throwing items off balcony’s onto vehicles.

The condo is easily accessible, perfect to walk right out to the pool area and connected to a short boardwalk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the back covered terrace area. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities

Hidden Dunes 102 is a beautifully decorated condo on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach. We loved the updated look of the furnishings and colors. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the cabinets. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The smaller bedroom could use room darkening curtains since the light from the outside hallway comes into the room at night. This is a definetly condo we will rent again!!!
