Holgate Ocean Front. Three Bedroom and One plus half baths. WIFI. Ocean views.
This 2nd floor unit has beautiful Ocean Views from the Deck! The Beach Access is located right next to the unit. This condo has all the necessary amenities for a perfect vacation. There is a VCR/DVD, and Internet access for a rainy day. Equipped with Central A/C, and three (3) Ceiling Fans for those hot beach days. New carpet, window treatments, and furniture. Larger, flat screen TV. 2018 New Kitchen, New flooring, bedding, appliances, freshly painted and new deck furniture.
DECK HAS A PRIVACY WALL BETWEEN THE CONDOS!
No smoking, and no pets permitted
Long Beach Township History: In an attempt to organize the many small communities of Long Beach Island, Long Beach Township was established in 1899. By that time, Beach Haven, Harvey Cedars and Surf City had already formed independent boroughs. In 1904, Barnegat City (Barnegat Light) incorporated as a borough, and Ship Bottom – Beach Arlington became an independent municipality in 1925. Tucker’s Island was governed by the township until I disappeared into the sea.
