This was our second stay at this house and we hope to return next year. It's perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is very clean.
The property is clean and the beds are super comfortable. We loved enjoying the pool and hot tub with beautiful sunset views. You can even see the fireworks from Disney on nights the set them off at (I think) Epcot.
Great house. We were there for a cheer competition and needed to stay in that community. Love the house and proximity to Disney. Very clean! Thanks again!
The property was clean and as described in the listing. It has plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy and not feel cramped. It is close to all the parks and fun things to do around Orlando. The community is very nice and has excellent amenities. We enjoyed having our own pool to relax around. We would stay here again.
Nice pool home in Kissimmee close to Disney with hot tub
The property was clean and well maintained. It is ideal for a large family. The house is licated close to the Loop so there is shopping close. You are 40 minutes at the most from any attraction; again, any attraction. Lots of good places to eat close. Doordash and uber eats are available. The house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet.
Our stay started with a little mishap of not getting the check in email that was sent. This was corrected quickly my the management team but it did take a few hours to get in touch with them. After that check in was a breeze!
We loved the layout of the house and amount of space there was. The kids had a blast in the pool. It would’ve been nice to have more kitchen towels in the house (I believe there was only 1 or 2) but it was nice to have plenty beach towels available. It’s also worth noting that there’s only 1 roll of paper towels provided. Make sure to grab some on your trip to the grocery store! You’ll need those if you don’t have enough kitchen hand towels…
Overall fantastic stay. Close to the parks, spacious and clean.
Enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for all us. The kids loved the pool! Very close to all of the Disney parks, which was nice. There is a Keurig which isn't shown in the pictures. We took ours along and didn't need it. With little kids, it was nice to be able to do laundry. Only a couple things...2 of the upstairs toilets continually run. Seems like you'd want to fix them and save on the water bill. The other thing was the downstairs master shower leaks. The seal isn't there on the door anymore and when the water runs down the door, it all ends up on the floor. Some light bulbs need to be replaced. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.
We choose this property due to location, price and the resort area at the front of the subdivision. We had to pay extra to heat the pool, and the hot tub jets did not work. The manager was very prompt in getting the jets fixed while we were gone at one of the parks. The back door to the pool area's lock did not work either. We barricaded the door for one night, and again, they were able to fix it the next day,. The manager was very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses., The area is listed as gated, but we never saw the gates closed the whole 7 days we were there. So if that is a concern, then choose another area. The resort area does not allow you to bring in any food or beverages, but does sell overpriced food and drinks., This unit sleeps 14, and we had 8 people. They only provide one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one kitchen garbage bag. We had to immediately go back to the store to buy what we thought we would need for the week. If not for the inconvenience of that, I would give this unit and the company, 5 stars. It seems petty to not provide enough basic supplies to last more than two days for potentially 14 people. The last thing you want to do on vacation is continually run to a grocery store.
This is a great place to stay. This was our third year at Storey Lake. We've stayed at a different house each time and this was the best one yet.
The good things:
1. The bunk bed room was great for our 3 grandkids. It's super cute and they loved all being in the same room.
2. We opted for pool heat and the pool was nice and warm.
3. The kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. There was both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.
4. Everything was very clean
5. We could see some of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our pool, very cool
6. Close walk to the clubhouse, very important since parking there is limited
7. Lots of beach towels provided
8. Gas grill available with gas included. Their information said we'd have to get our own gas so perhaps the tank was left behind by a previous renter
The not as good things (mostly minor):
1. More kitchen towels would have been nice, there were only two
2. There were no potholders at all
3. We could have used more plastic cups/glasses for the kids and to use in the pool area
4. Communication with the property manager via VRBO was poor, you should probably call them if you have questions
Overall we loved our stay and hope to return next year!
The property was great. Had some issues with the VRBO messaging system. But once we connected the property management team responded quickly. It was a perfect size for our group of 10 adults and one 3 year old. The pool was well used. We spent a full day at the resort pool on July 4th. It was packed and the resort was not fully prepared for that. When we spent time at the resort pool prior it was Not as busy and service was better. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The house was clean. The pool was clean. The location is great. You could see epcots fireworks from the pool. We also found out that you don’t need pool heating in July.

Nice Owner (family owned)
We really did enjoy our stay. Had quite a bit confusion though. Our place that we booked, was over booked by two days. The owner worked with us to get in another place. It ended up being a townhouse that was not the cleanest by our standards. Pool had clumps of hair and tile on the floors and the white woodwork needed some TLC. We stayed there for two days and then had to move to the house we originally rented. They did take our food and some of our luggage over to the house we were suppose to be in. This was a little hard to coordinate because the owner was out of town and hard to get a hold of someone. We got to the house in the afternoon and loved it. The next morning, we tried to get ready in the bathrooms and no electricity going to the GFI outlets. Could not get ready in the bathrooms. Come to find out, there was a leak in the shower that was dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen. This is probably what was cutting out the GFI outlets since there was one right under where it was leaking. They sent someone to check it out the next day. The owner was very nice!!! The biggest disappointment was that we still paid the full price for our stay even though the townhouse was a little cheaper. I thought maybe there would be a gift card for food or a Disney card at the house for the inconvenience, which it was, but nothing. It was VRBO that over booked but when I contacted them, they denied it. VRBO was not a help either. I hope this does not deter anyone from staying, just beware that if you see something wrong, I was told to contact VRBO right away. I had worked with the owner pretty frequently and thought that would be enough. Ari, the owner was very nice tried her best, just wanted VRBO to give us a kick back of some sort but was rude. We actually told a family about the house, not the townhouse for their stay next year.
This property was perfect! It was within walking distance to the community pool, splash pad, and water slides, which we all enjoyed. The property was close to all the theme parks. The house was big enough for all of us! We had 6 adults and 6 children. We would stay here again and would also recommend it to anyone with a large party.
Plenty of space for everyone and short walk to community amenities!
We had an amazing time with family. Plenty of space inside the home and walking distance to the community amenities which everyone enjoyed! Also, a short drive to Disney/Universal parks. We had a small mishap with the air conditioning but Ariany was easy to get in touch with and fixed the problem. Only thing I would suggest is having more towels and washcloths available. We hope to stay here again in the future!
The property is within minutes to Disney World, within a mile of Walmart and a mile and a half to Aldi. We save big on our Disney vacation staying at this home.
Only issue was that there were a few small roaches specially in kitchen area

Very Nice
The place was very nice and in the middle of alot of things like Disney parks, Waterparks, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and their's a smalll water park at the premises for the little ones as well as your own pool. Love that each room had it's own bathroom, they have washer and dryer, and they give u a little basket fill with goodies for your own personal house cleaning, what I Didn't like is that you have to pay extra to heat the pool especially if theres hot tub "jacuzzi" for your use as well as the grill. These are things that we should've to pay extra for if it's already there, i mean his a hot tub rwally a hot tub with cold water?. There was some bugs that they admit and said the are exterminator every month, pool was not all the way clean we found alot of hair chuncks and under the beds was garbage. But other than that we had a great time. Would I stay there again yes why nkt but not for the same price if hot tub will be cold.
