We would like to inform you about nearby construction that may affect Villa Athena 1 and 2.

Villa Athena 1: There is ongoing construction opposite the villa, where a small single-storey villa is currently being built. Based on the latest information, the project is expected to be completed in approximately 4–5 months (by the end of 2025).

Villa Athena 2: Next door, a two-storey villa complex is nearing completion. While the exact finishing date has not been confirmed, most of the major work has been completed, and only final touches remain.

During your stay, you may occasionally hear some background noise from these projects. The noise is not constant but may at times be noticeable. As the construction schedules are beyond our control, we want to remain transparent and keep you informed.
