Pindari Seascape - privacy, space and view

REWARDING VIEW

Impressive home on the hill with panoramic views of the ocean, the coast, and the mountains.
Here, space, privacy, and peace are what matter.

All rooms come with their own bathroom, and there’s an extra laundry area in the hallway.
This light-filled home is set over two spacious levels and offers views of the ocean or bushland from nearly every room. It’s the perfect beachside escape for families.

Enjoy a secluded beach while staying in the beautiful bushland setting of the gated Timbarra Estate, which includes a shared tennis court and private beach access.

Watch whales and dolphins as you relax on the viewing platform and the wide timber deck that wraps around the back of the house.
The family-friendly waters of Pilot Beach, the Dunbogan boat ramp, the river, and a local park are just a short 5-minute drive away.
Laurieton town center—with shops, cafés, restaurants, a cinema, and a club—is about a 7-minute drive, and it's around 40 minutes to the center of Port Macquarie.

All modern conveniences are provided: air conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING

The ground floor features a large living and dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, laundry, and utility room.
Access to the outdoor deck is also from this level.

Upstairs is the parents' retreat with an ensuite and outdoor deck with breathtaking ocean views all around.

The kitchen includes a cooktop, large fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. An extra fridge (for drinks) is located in the garage.

PARKING

Double garage and plenty of driveway parking for boats and vans.

Pets are not allowed due to Timbarra Estate rules.

The stay was lovely a nice place to relax bathroom amenities were beautiful and appreciated. Everything you needed and more. Only one slight problem with hot water getting to upstairs bathroom.

Beautiful relaxed stay

The views match the pictures - amazing 180 degree views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living area and great views from other bedrooms as well. Quiet location with only sounds being loads of lorikeets and other birds. Lots of room indoors and outside on the verandas. Well furnished house. Only slight issues we had were that the garage door openers and Foxtel remote were hard to use (perhaps need fresh batteries?) and the water pressure took a while to come on when you open the taps and then rushes through before you then have to turn it down.

Great location, amazing views and very clean! It felt like home.

The house was perfect for us. Each couple having a bathroom and the house had everything you needed. The only thing I would say was annoying was the hot water and pressure of the shower head upstairs however everything else was perfect!

A lovely property, accurately reflected in online photos. Special touches like arrival gift-hamper, beach towels, quality throws throughout the house and high quality-linen. Susan and Nic were accommodating in meeting our requests, providing extensive information to make checkin extremely easy for all involved. Thank you for hosting us at your gorgeous location.
