A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom condo with one of the best locations in Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24 hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

The large two bedroom condo rental sleeps up to eight people. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. There is also a balcony with a patio table and two chairs.

Guest Access:
All guests will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, saunas, fitness center, and laundry facility. In addition, there is a concierge on the property from Sunday through Thursday to assist with local information. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Beach-side Neighborhood:
The property is within a beach-side neighborhood which is full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also within walking distance is a large supermarket, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House, and the beach.

Getting around:
The property is conveniently located near Sunrise Blvd and A1A. This makes it easy to get around Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Parking is included. There are public bus stops within a short walk and taxi cabs are always around the neighborhood. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Miami is about 40 minutes away.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week, not a nightly fee).

All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on balcony or patios.
Unit number is assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

Front desk operates 24 hours/day.

No motor homes, trailers, or boats allowed on the property or street.

Packages may be received at the resort for $5 fee.
