This building has a business on the first floor and the 2nd and 3rd floor are separate units with a common hall entrance. Perfect for 2 families that would love a little separation. This listing is for the entire 2nd and 3rd floor (all units). Beautifully updated with 2 outdoor spaces and all the amenities you could need! These can be rented separately as well. No parties allowed.

Perfect Portland Apartments!

Kathryn's home was incredible for a stay in Portland. The location couldn't be more perfect and being able to enjoy the patios on a perfect fall day was amazing. Kathryn was really easy to work with and was quick in her communication. Highly recommend!
