The Space:
In the Living Room, you'll find a 4K Samsung Smart TV for your entertainment needs. We've provided a comfortable Leather Sofa Bed with all the necessary bedding, and a Coffee Table for a cozy atmosphere. To keep you comfortable, there's an AC Unit for temperature control.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the essential cooking amenities, and features brand-new appliances for your culinary adventures. If you prefer a casual dining experience, we have Bar stool seating for 1.

Our newly remodeled Bathroom includes a luxurious double-head shower, and we've added a Toto Toilet with bidet functionality, offering exceptional comfort. An LED Light Mirror adds a modern touch to the space, and you'll find a Washer/Dryer Inside the Unit for added convenience.

In the Bedroom, you'll find a comfortable King Bed with bedding for a restful night's sleep. A 4K Smart TV provides entertainment, and for your storage needs, there are Closets and a Wardrobe. To keep your devices charged and ready, we've included Wireless Charging LED Lamps.

Our space is designed to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether you're here for business or leisure.

The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.

Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

Getting Around:
You'll have a reserved parking spot for your vehicle.There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. Uber/Lyft are easy for pick up and drop-off at our location.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is gated with no public access.
Transients may sometimes walk nearby; however, they're harmless and only passing through.
